Unfortunately, due to our customized products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you would like to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. Due to the fact that all items are handmade to order, we don't accept cancellations or changes after 12 hours for any reason.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us in 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
